Ceramic Decontamination

Ceramic Decontamination is the preferred and recommended maintenance service for ceramic coated vehicles. Using products specially formulated for ceramic coatings allowing for a non abrasive removal of light pitch and road tar. Ceramic Wash

Our Ceramic Wash is perfect for keeping your ceramic coated vehicle looking its best. Starting with a gentle two bucket hand wash and finishing with CarPro's HydrO2 Foam bath. Providing additional gloss and protection for your ceramic coat.
Recommended weekly or bi-weekly.

Hand Wash

A gentle two bucket Hand Wash using CarPro Reset. CarPro Reset is specially formulated alkaline powered pH-neutral soap. With zero silicone its the perfect companion to any ceramic or synthetically sealed vehicle.

Have a Ceramic Coated Car?


Our Decontamination service is specifically designed to break down dirt and contaminants non - abrasively to keep your ceramic coating fresh and looking great as recommended by CarPro. This service is recommended for Ceramic Coated vehicles only. This service can be performed on any ceramic coated vehicle but results vary based on the coating and contaminants. If your vehicle is heavily contaminated or excessively dirty you may be in need of a proper exterior detail which can be performed at our main location Metropolitan Detail.

CarPro Reset

  • Developed for use with all CarPro Nanotechnology Sealants and Coatings including Reload, Hydro2, and CQuartz.*
  • Intelligent pH Surfactants provide a strong cleaning and foaming action, whilst remaining mild and pH-Neutral (7) in use.
  • Derived almost entirely from natural, organic and biodegradable ingredients; free from the harsh sodium and lauryl sulfate derivatives found in many shampoo products.

CarPro HydrO2 Foam

  • CarPro HydroFoam is a pH Neutral surfactant designed to gently lift and remove dirt from solid surfaces in both a safe and effective manner.  
  • This amazing rich foam wash and sealant in one lifts the dirt whilst in the Merino wiping stage and then during the rinse phase an ultra-water-repellent coating is immediately formed! 
  • This results in a durable silica shell that produces a brilliant protected shine that is incredibly easy to maintain.

CarPro Iron X

  • Highly effective, acid-free and pH balanced, CarPro Iron X stops rust spots and pre-mature failure of the clear coat by making short work of iron contaminant removal across the entire vehicle!  
  • Containing unique chemical ingredients that effectively dissolves the sintered iron by forming a water soluble iron complex. 
  • Iron X opens up the paint's pores to release ferrous particles and to neutralize caustic compounds that have developed in the paint's subsurface.

CarPro TarX

  • CarPro Tar X is a professional strength tar, adhesive, and bug remover as well as a degreaser that derives its strength from the solvents extracted from orange peels. 

CarPro HydrO2

  • CarPro HydrO2 is formulated with Hydrophilic glass fibers, silicon polymers, and fluoropolymers. This innovative coat forms an ultra-water-repellent coating.
  • HydrO2 is climate and temperature stable, and is an extremely effective long lasting water repellent that is resistant to nearly all acids, alkaline solutions, and solvents while offering significant UV (Ultra Violet) protection.
